PAW ME understands that at times things can go wrong through shipping and manufacturing of items. (PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CLOSELY)
Paw me will only exchange an item which is found to be faulty through manufacturing or through delivery, If the identical product
can not be provided for exchange then PAW ME will issue a credit for the same dollar value.
All goods returned for exchange or credit must be reported to us no later than 3 days of receiving your order once you have notified us and reported the issue an email will be sent outlining the procedure to have the goods returned to us no later than 14 days from invoice date of purchase and will be subjected to the following conditions.
I Damaged used or dirty items will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
2 All items must be unopened new and in their original packaging and intact if possible
3 The customer is responsible for freight cost if the product is found not to be a manufacturer or Shipping fault.
4 All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice,
PAW ME products come with a 2 month warranty against manufacturing faults.
