All gift hamper orders must be made through our website www.pawme.com.au (unless you are placing a corporate or bulk order). We accept payment through PayPal. We can arrange an invoice for corporate customers.

We use Australia Post to deliver our gift hampers across Australia. For bulk orders, we use either Couriers Please or Fastway.

Gift hamper delivery is made during business hours, Monday to Friday. Sorry, we can’t deliver on public holidays or weekends.

If there is no one available to receive the gift hamper, it will either be left in a safe place, or a card will be left, and the gift hamper can be picked up from the nearest Post Office within two weeks. This is the safest delivery option for apartments or locations where there is no one there during business hours and there is no safe place to leave the gift hamper.

Yes, tracking details will be sent to you by email once the gift hamper has been lodged at Australia Post so you can track its progress. You will also receive an email when your gift hamper has been delivered.

Due to the perishable and fragile nature of our products, we do not offer international shipping for our gift hampers.
